* If an Impression Kit is used, the Customizing Fee presumes the client (or the person who
provided the client with an impression) signs a simple release allowing Naturally Impressive, LLC
to have the rights to use her nipple-areola impressions to produce product for general public sale.
If this release is not signed there is an additional $75 private use charge.
Women With Unilateral Nipple or Pre-Surgical Bilateral Nipples
The client provides nipple-areola(e) impressions (with Impression Kit) and close up photos of her natural nipple-areola(e). Color matching a natural nipple-areola is more challenging than creating bilateral silicone nipple-areolae. Please have realistic expectations. Additional unilateral nipple-areola duplicates cost $225 per pair.
If nipple-areola impressions are made before the nipple(s) will be surgically removed, ideally, time should be allowed for Naturally Impressive, LLC to evaluate the nipple-areola impression quality to determine if additional impressions should be done before surgery.
Post-Surgical Removal of Both Nipples
The client provides nipple-areola(e) impressions (with Impression Kit) and close up photos of the nipple-areola(e) of a friend or a relative with desired features. The client chooses colors using the Color Kit.

After the model is selected, she chooses colors using the Color Kit.
Customizing color is aided if she provides a close up photo of her skin for color reference and / or close up photos of the nipple-areolae of a friend or a relative with desired coloration features.
Refund / Satisfaction policies:
The Color Kit eliminates most of the guess work in finding a good color match.
Once colors are decided (by the client), completed silicone nipple-areola(e) are mailed to her. She has, within 30 days of ship date, to choose to return it for a 100% refund (of the silicone nipple-areola(e) purchase price) or exchange it for a different model and / or color. After a maximum of 2 exchanges (3 products), the refund will be given upon Naturally Impressive's receipt of the 3rd returned product. Client pays shipping to Naturally Impressive, LLC.
Please note that the Customizing Fee, impression kit, adhesive starter kit & adhesive supply kit costs are not refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Free wear and tear renewal, if needed, within 9 months of original ship date to client.
With normal usage, the silicone nipple-areola life expectancy is at least 1 year.
Brochures suitable for office settings and business cards are available upon request.
